Process & Timeline for Provident Fund Registration
It is Mandatory to obtain DSC to become a Director In a Private Limited Company.
The DSC is important as all the Documents before submission are required to be digitally signed.
The name of the company should be unique and an application is to be made for approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Up to 2 names can be provided.
